These terms govern your use of the Wronk website, customer-facing APIs, downloads, public pages, support flows and desktop application.

Acceptance and Scope

By accessing or using Wronk, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the Wronk website, account systems, customer-facing APIs, downloads, public team pages, public rankings, community upload features, support flows and the Wronk desktop application.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You may use Wronk only if you are legally permitted to enter into these terms and to use the products and services made available to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, connected Discord identity, local devices and any session currently authorized under your profile.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless the activity was caused by Wronk or by a third party outside your reasonable control.

Plans, Access Levels and Feature Availability

Certain parts of Wronk depend on plan status, account role, team status, feature rollout or other access checks. Not every account is entitled to every feature.

Paid or restricted features may be changed, expanded, limited or discontinued in the future. If Wronk offers paid plans, the price, interval and feature scope presented at the time of purchase or activation control unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Permitted Use

You may use Wronk only for lawful purposes and only in ways consistent with these terms and with the intended functionality of the relevant product or feature.

You may not interfere with the stability, security or normal operation of the website, APIs, downloads, desktop app or any community feature. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape protected content at abusive scale, bypass plan restrictions, reverse engineer protected service flows in violation of applicable law or use the service to distribute harmful material.

Uploads, Files and Community Content

You may upload, submit or publish only content that you own or are authorized to use and share. This includes text, images, banners, configuration files, packages, media and any other materials submitted through Wronk.

You must not upload malware, deceptive material, infringing content, unauthorized copies, illegal content, content designed to damage other users or files intended to bypass product restrictions.

If a feature is designed for community publishing or public visibility, you understand that the content may be shown to other users and associated with your account or profile.

Public Pages, Profiles and Links

If you create, manage or appear on a public page, you are responsible for the information, links, branding references and media shown there to the extent you control them.

You must not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent an affiliation, publish unlawful links or use public pages in a misleading, abusive or infringing way.

Wronk may remove or restrict public content that violates these terms, creates legal risk or threatens the safety, trust or operation of the platform.

Desktop Application and Local Device Features

The Wronk desktop application may include local-device functions such as update delivery, path configuration, optional Rich Presence integration, compatibility checks, package application flows and upload tooling. You are responsible for using those features only on systems and files you are authorized to modify.

Before applying any package, file or configuration through the desktop app, you should make sure you understand the effect on your local installation and keep your own backups where appropriate.

Wronk is not responsible for problems caused by unsupported local modifications, third-party files, unofficial distributions, altered game installations or misuse of app features.

APIs, Automation and Fair Use of Service Resources

If Wronk provides customer-facing APIs or service endpoints, you may use them only in line with the access level, rate expectations and functional purpose intended by Wronk.

You may not abuse API access, automate requests in a way that harms stability, extract data at unreasonable volume, bypass authentication, resell access without permission or attempt to discover or exploit non-public capabilities.

Applications, Support and Communications

When you submit a team application, contact support or communicate with Wronk, you must provide accurate information and must not knowingly submit false, misleading or abusive content.

Wronk may keep and review those communications as necessary to answer you, evaluate applications, prevent abuse and document important service decisions.

Intellectual Property

Wronk and its licensors retain all rights in the Wronk brand, website, desktop app, visual design, code, written materials, product features and other proprietary elements, except where rights are expressly granted to you.

These terms do not transfer ownership of any Wronk intellectual property to you. Any limited permission to use the service exists only for the duration and purpose required for normal use of Wronk.

License to User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Wronk, subject to any rights held by third parties. By submitting content, you grant Wronk a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt for technical display, distribute and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure and promote the relevant Wronk service feature.

This license ends within a commercially reasonable time after the content is deleted from active service areas, except to the extent retention is required for backups, legal obligations, dispute handling, abuse prevention or cached technical processes.

Third-Party Services and Links

Wronk may rely on or link to third-party services, including identity, hosting, update delivery, social profile, content delivery or payment-related services where applicable. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Wronk is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms or services that are not under Wronk control, even if they are linked from or integrated with Wronk.

Changes, Suspension and Termination

Wronk may update, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time for product, security, operational or legal reasons.

Wronk may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or the service, misuse restricted features, repeatedly infringe rights or otherwise use Wronk in a way that is unlawful or harmful.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wronk is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Wronk does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every device, browser, game setup or third-party provider.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wronk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, Wronk's liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

Wronk may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, unless mandatory law requires a different process.
